2021 IRS Transcript Shows "No Record of Processed Tax Return" Despite Filing - Star Symbol Shows Verification of Non-Filing

Just checked my transcript and theres a star next to 2021. When I click it says non-filing but I've filed every single year of my life since I started working. Does this mean its still processing or is something wrong with my return? Here's exactly what I'm seeing when I click on the star for my 2021 transcript: Return: 1040 Information About the Request We Received On January 29, 2022, we received a request for verification of non-filing of a tax return. As of the date of this letter, we have no record of a processed tax return for the tax period listed above. If you have any questions, you can call 800-829-1040. sa.www4.irs.gov I don't understand what's happening because I definitely filed my 2021 taxes on time. I always file every year and have never missed filing since I started working. Could my return still be processing even after all this time? Or did something go wrong with my return and it never got processed? Why would the IRS have "no record of a processed tax return" for 2021? Should I be worried about this? Has anyone else experienced this "non-filing" message on their transcript when they know they filed?
