IRS Refund Delay - Transcript Shows $753 Issued in December with Tax Assessment but Nothing Received - Need Help Understanding Codes

Filed my taxes back in January and got accepted right away. WMR tool shows received but no update since then. Haven't received any letters or notices. Called the main IRS number but can't get through to anyone. Anyone know any other numbers I can try or what department I should be trying to reach? I'm getting really concerned because I just checked my tax transcript online and noticed some weird activity: 90 Additional tax assessed 20244705 12-10-2024 $ 71254-724-06129-4 71 Notice issued 12-10-2024 $ 111 Removed refund freeze 11-28-2024 $ 146 Refund issued 12-14-2024 $8,53 76 Interest credited to your account 12-24-2024 -$137 The transcript says "This Product Contains Sensitive Taxpayer Data" at the bottom. I don't understand what's happening here. It looks like there was a refund freeze that got removed in November, and then a refund issued in December for $8,53? But I never received anything. Then there's some interest credited in December for $137? And what's this additional tax assessed and notice issued? I never got any notice in the mail. Does anyone know what these codes mean or what department I should contact about this? Is this why my refund has been held up? The reference number 71254-724-06129-4 doesn't make sense to me either. Is that something I should reference when I call?
