Has anyone gotten help on the phone for an extension that hasn’t gone through? Every 2 weeks that I call they say they have to send an email to get it fixed but I been waiting 2 months now with no luck and the person that answered today said the same thing that they have to send an email to get fixed.

Same thing for me. They say system glitch or something. It is backdated. They resent another extention request. No idea if this is going to work. How about you?

They tried to get a hold of the manager but didn’t go through said they sent it straight to him and I should get it put through in the next week we shall see
