Anybody was able to back date a new claim I filed last week? I was otp with rep gave my info got through, then tier 2 took my info and gone say my claim not valid after he took my info and asked what I need and I said backdate then he said hold on and put me hold and never picked back up? Anyone had that issue?

Hey Anthony, try calling again You will need to know why you didn’t file a claim/certify during that time period. When they put the request for you they will ask you name of last employer and dates you worked for them. The furthest they can go back is Dec 06 2020.
