Ask if there are any issues with your claim or if they need any additional info. 5. Get the name and ID of who you talk to. 6. If they can't help, ask to speak to a supervisor. 7. Unpopular opinion: maybe try going down to the EDD office in person? I know it's a pain, but sometimes face-to-face interaction can work wonders.
