Trouble checking SDI financial statement - any tips to get through?
Hey everyone, I'm trying to check on my SDI financial statement but I'm having trouble getting through. Has anyone had any luck recently? I filed a while back and I'm still waiting to hear anything. It's so frustrating!

I actually found a way to get someone on the phone! I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/1X-mEsLtbmQ

I get the skepticism, but it seriously worked for me. After weeks of trying, I finally got through and sorted out my issue. Worth every penny imo.

It took about 2 hours total, but I didn't have to sit there listening to hold music. They called me when an agent was on the line.

Here's what I've learned about checking SDI financial statements: ā¢ You can check your claim status online through the SDI Online portal ā¢ If you need to speak with someone, try calling (800) 480-3287 ā¢ Best times to call are usually early morning or late afternoon ā¢ Have your claim number ready when you call ā¢ Be prepared for long wait times ā¢ If you can't get through, try sending a message through the online portal Hope this helps! It's definitely a frustrating process, but hang in there.

It can vary, but usually within 2-3 weeks after your claim is processed. If it's been longer than that, definitely try to get ahold of someone.

Pro tip: if you can't get through on the main line, try calling your local assemblymember's office. They often have contacts at SDI and can help push things along.
