Timesheet payment delayed over a week - how to get through to payroll?
Anyone else still waiting on their timesheet payment? It's been over a week now and I'm starting to get worried. I've tried calling but can't get through to anyone. Any advice on how to speed this up or at least get some information?

Ugh, I'm in the same boat. Been waiting for almost two weeks now. It's so frustrating! Have you tried emailing them? I heard sometimes that works better than calling.

I tried emailing last week but haven't heard anything back yet. This is getting ridiculous. Bills are piling up 😫

Pro tip: CC their supervisor or department head in the email. Sometimes that lights a fire under them 🔥

I found a method to get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/1X-mEsLtbmQ

Sounds too good to be true. Has anyone else tried this?

I know it sounds sketchy, but I swear it worked for me. Saved me hours of frustration. Worth every penny imo

This is getting out of hand. We need to organize and demand better treatment. Who's with me? 💪

Have you checked your bank account details are correct in the system? I once had a delay because I'd fat-fingered my routing number 🤦♂️

Good idea, I'll double-check that. Thanks!

Guys, I work in payroll (not for your company tho). Here's what you need to do: 1. Document everything. Keep a log of when you submitted your timesheet, when it was approved, and any communication you've had. 2. Check your employee portal for any pending actions or notifications. 3. Reach out to your direct supervisor AND HR. Sometimes there's a breakdown in communication between departments. 4. If you're part of a union, contact your rep. They can often get things moving faster. 5. As a last resort, consider filing a complaint with your state's labor board. But give your employer a chance to rectify the situation first. Hope this helps! Let me know if you have any questions.

This happened to me last month. Turns out there was a glitch in the new payroll system they implemented. Might be worth asking if they've made any recent changes?
