SDI Impossible to Reach for a Week - Any Success Stories or Tips?
Has anyone else been struggling to get through to SDI for the past week? I've been trying to reach them every day but it's impossible. The phone lines are always busy and I can't seem to get any response. It's so frustrating! What are you guys doing to actually talk to someone there?

Ugh, I feel your pain! I've been trying to get through for TWO WEEKS now. It's like they've disappeared off the face of the earth or something. I've tried calling at different times, even super early in the morning, but no luck. This is ridiculous!

Pro tip: Try calling exactly at 8:00 AM when they open. I managed to get through after a few tries doing this. You gotta be quick tho!
