How to update account status after initial call? Need help ASAP!
Hey everyone, I'm trying to update my account status and I'm not sure how to go about it. I initially called to check on the status, but now I want to make some changes. Has anyone had experience with updating their account or changing their call details? Any advice would be appreciated!

Ah gotcha. Yeah, changing stuff after submission can be a pain. Have you tried calling their customer service line directly? Sometimes talking to a real person is the only way to get things done š

I found a way to actually get someone on the phone without waiting forever. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works.
