pro tip: if u cant get thru on the main line, try the employer line. sometimes they can help or transfer u to the right person

I found a way to actually get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/1X-mEsLtbmQ

Ugh, I feel you. I was in the same situation last month. Have you tried calling them? Sometimes theres a glitch in the system and they need to manually push it through.

Have you tried reaching out to your local assembly member? They can sometimes help push things through faster.

Regarding Claimyr, a lot of people have found it useful, but it's always good to consider if it's necessary for your situation. If you're able to eventually get through on your own, great! But if not, it can be a helpful tool to expedite the process.
