EDD MFA email not coming through - can't log into myEDD

Ugh, I've been there. It's so frustrating! Have you checked your spam folder? Sometimes those emails end up there.

Here's what worked for me: 1. Double-check your email address is correct in the EDD system 2. Add EDD's email to your contacts list 3. Check all spam/junk folders 4. Try requesting another verification email 5. If all else fails, contact your email provider If none of these work, there might be an issue on EDD's end. You'll probably need to call them (good luck with that 🙄).

I found a way to actually get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/1X-mEsLtbmQ

Have you tried logging in using a different browser or device? Sometimes that can make a difference.

OP, how long have you been waiting for the email? Sometimes it can take a while... I once waited 2 hours before it came through 🙃
