EDD: 6+ hour hold times for certifications and payments. Any tips?

Hey, I found a method that actually works to get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Pro tip: Try calling on Wednesdays around 3 PM. For some reason, I've had the most luck getting through then. Also, make sure you have all your docs ready when you finally do get someone. Good luck!

Has anyone tried using the UI Online mobile app? I heard it's supposed to be faster for certifications and stuff.
