Ugh, that sucks! I've been there before. The disability office is notoriously hard to get ahold of. Have you tried calling right when they open? Sometimes that works for me.

I found a method that actually works to get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. PROTIP: If you can't get through on the main line, try calling one of their auxiliary offices and ask to be transferred. Sometimes works like a charm 😉

Not to be that guy, but have you tried just showing up in person at their office? Sometimes face-to-face is the only way to get things done with these bureaucrats.
