Try https://www.pheaa.org and look for the student portl they probably need verification or theres a missing form. the schools cant do anything it has to come from PHEAA side

the PHEAA system is BROKEN!!!! my son's grant was held for THREE MONTHS because they claimed they didnt have proof he was a PA resident even though he's lived here his ENTIRE LIFE and we'd already submitted his drivers license AND voter registration!!! the whole system is designed to DENY students the money they deserve!!! 😡😡😡

did u make sure ur daughter actually accepted the PHEAA grant? sometimes they get approved but u still have to login and actually accept it! my nephew thought he did everything but missed that step
