Glad this thread exists, I was starting to think I was the only one having these issues with the Washington ESD website. At least now I know it's not just me.
I've been dealing with this exact same issue! The Washington ESD website has been completely unreliable for weeks now. I tried all the browser troubleshooting steps people mentioned but nothing worked. Finally broke down and used Claimyr yesterday - got connected to an actual ESD agent in about 25 minutes and they helped me file everything over the phone. It was such a relief after days of frustration with the broken website. The small fee was totally worth avoiding all the stress and wasted time.
Final thought for OP - 6 weeks isn't great but it's unfortunately within their normal processing range. If you hit 8 weeks with no movement, that's when I'd really push for escalation through complaints or getting an agent on the phone. Hang in there, most claims do eventually get approved.

im so confused abt all this... i got a $3200 overpayment notice but mine was from PUA not regular unemployment... does anyone know if this waiver thing applies to PUA overpayments too??

Washington ESD has a formula where they subtract a portion of your earnings from your weekly benefit amount, so you'll likely still get some partial benefits with a 25-hour/week job. I think there's some confusion about overpayment waiver refunds. Adjudication and waiver are different processes. The pandemic overpayment waiver program is separate from regular overpayment waivers. For pandemic waivers that are approved, ESD is supposed to refund any amounts already paid. Make sure you're looking at the waiver determination letter - it should have a section called "Effects of this Decision" that mentions if you're eligible for a refund.

Update: Finally reached an ESD agent today! They confirmed the refund is in process and should arrive within 2 weeks. They're sending it as a direct deposit to the account they have on file. For anyone in a similar situation, keep checking your eServices account as that's where it will show first before the money hits your bank account. Thanks everyone for your help!
