When does IRS Cycle 4 transcript update? New to this process

Cycle 4 updates every Thursday morning between 3am-6am EST. The cycle code ends in 04, and if you see that on your transcript, you're a weekly updater. Keep in mind that just because it updates Thursday doesn't guarantee movement on your transcript.

Pro tip: dont waste time checking before thursday morning. Set an alarm for 6am if ur really anxious but checking constantly wont make it update faster trust me lol

Anybody else notice the updates have been coming later lately? Used to be like 3am sharp now its more like 5-6am

their whole system is trash tbh. why we gotta play detective just to figure out when were getting OUR money back smh
