TurboTax Updated: Federal Return Accepted 01/17, Estimated Refund Date 01/27 - What's My Timeline Now?

I just checked my TurboTax and noticed it updated out of nowhere. Been checking everyday for weeks and suddenly theres movement. I e-filed my return on 01/16, it was accepted by the IRS on 01/18, with an estimated refund delivery date of 01/28. I also filed Pennsylvania state taxes which were accepted on 01/24. The status shows "Return accepted" for FEDERAL and "Accepted" for STATE PA. There's also a note that says "We could not expedite your refund. No 5 day early fee was charged." I'm just wondering what this all means for my timeline? Does "Return accepted" mean they're processing it now? Can I expect my refund around that estimated delivery date of 01/28? There's a "Where's my refund?" option but I'm curious if anyone else has had similar timelines or knows what to expect from here. Really need this money right now to be honest. Been refreshing TurboTax constantly for weeks and just saw this change today. Anyone had similar experiences with their refund timeline this year?
