Schedule 4136 Fuel Tax Credit - Will this stop my refund?
Filed my taxes with the fuel tax credit for my business vehicles and now im hearing that including form 4136 means no refund? Is this true? Getting worried because I need this money for my business expenses.

Tax pro here. This is a misconception. Filing Form 4136 for fuel tax credit doesn't automatically disqualify you from getting a refund. However, it does typically trigger additional review which can delay processing. The IRS just needs to verify the claim is legitimate.

Whoever said you wont get a refund is wrong! I claimed fuel tax credit last year and got my refund. Just took forever lol
