Return Transcript Still Shows No Return Filed After Wage & Account Transcripts Updated - Filed 1/31
My return transcript is still showing no return filed but my wage and account transcripts finally updated this morning. Anyone know how long it typically takes for the return transcript to catch up? Filed electronically on January 31st and getting worried about the delay.

This is actually pretty normal for this time of year. The different transcript types update independently. From what I've seen, return transcripts usually update within 5-10 business days after wage/account transcripts. If you don't see any updates by mid-March, then you might want to call the IRS.

Hey, instead of playing the waiting game, you should try taxr.ai - it analyzes your transcripts and tells you exactly what's happening and when to expect updates. Its only $1 and WAY better than trying to decode everything yourself. https://taxr.ai

Did you claim EIC or child tax credit? Those take longer to process and the transcripts update differently
