IRS 2024 Refund Deposit Dates - Feb 18-24th Schedule & Early Access Question
Can anyone verify these refund dates? I've heard from multiple sources that deposits are coming between Feb 19-24th, with early access available on the 18th if you paid the fee. Is this legit or just another rumor going around?

Tax professional here - be very careful with these social media 'guaranteed' deposit dates. The IRS doesn't pre-announce specific deposit dates like this. Each return is processed individually based on many factors. While there are general patterns, there's no universal deposit schedule.

Those dates are cap. I filed Jan 29th with direct deposit and still nothing. Don't believe everything you see on social media

The early access fee is usually just a marketing trick by tax prep companies. They basically give you a loan against your expected refund. Not worth the extra fees tbh

The only legit way to know your refund status is checking Where's My Refund or your transcript. Everything else is just rumors tbh
