Got my State Tax DDD but Federal still on PATH hold - anyone else?

The PATH Act prevents the IRS from issuing refunds before mid-February for returns claiming EITC or ACTC. State taxes aren't affected by this federal law, which is why you're seeing movement there first. Most PATH Act holds should clear by February 27th.

Quick reminder that PATH act dont mean ur return is delayed, its just a protection against fraud. Some ppl get their refund right after feb 15
