DDD 4/28 Friday - When will refund actually hit bank account?
Finally got my deposit date for 4/28 which falls on a Friday. Anyone know if the money will come earlier since banks usually process before the actual date? Really need this money ASAP and trying to figure out exactly when it'll hit my account.

Most banks release IRS refunds 1-2 days before the DDD. Some like Chime or Cash App are known to release up to 5 days early. Traditional banks usually deposit the day before or early morning of your DDD. Check your bank's policy on government deposits.

Pro tip: call your bank directly and ask about their policy for IRS deposits. Some have specific timing for gov deposits vs regular ones.
