Cycle 5 - IRS Transcripts N/A All Day - Can't Access Online
Been checking my transcripts all day and the system won't let me view them. I'm cycle 5 and keep getting errors. Anyone else having this issue? Starting to get worried since my WMR still shows processing.

The IRS transcript system often gets overloaded, especially during peak hours. Try accessing between 1am-5am EST when server load is lower. Also, clear your browser cache and cookies. If you still can't access after 24 hours, you might need to verify your identity again through ID.me

This happened to me last week! Try using a different browser or use incognito mode. Worked for me after I switched from Chrome to Firefox
