If I could give 10 stars I would

If I could give 10 stars I would If I could give 10 stars I would Such an amazing service so needed during the times when EDD almost never picks up Claimyr gets me on the phone with EDD every time without fail faster. A much needed service without Claimyr I would have never received the payment I needed to support me during my postpartum recovery. Thank you so much Claimyr!

Really made a difference

Really made a difference, save me time and energy from going to a local office for making the call.

Worth not wasting your time calling for hours.

Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Today my call dropped because of EDD and Claimyr heard my concern on the same chat and another call was made within the hour.

An incredibly helpful service

An incredibly helpful service! Got me connected to a CA EDD agent without major hassle (outside of EDD's agents dropping calls – which Claimyr has free protection for). If you need to file a new claim and can't do it online, pay the $ to Claimyr to get the process started. Absolutely worth it!

Consistent,frustration free, quality Service.

Used this service a couple times now. Before I'd call 200 times in less than a weak frustrated as can be. But using claimyr with a couple hours of waiting i was on the line with an representative or on hold. Dropped a couple times but each reconnected not long after and was mission accomplished, thanks to Claimyr.

IT WORKS!! Not a scam!

I tried for weeks to get thru to EDD PFL program with no luck. I gave this a try thinking it may be a scam. OMG! It worked and They got thru within an hour and my claim is going to finally get paid!! I upgraded to the $60 call. Best $60 spent!

$14,986 Refund Delayed - Code 570 and Unexpected Amended Return Status After EIC - Confused About July Amendment I Didn't File

My transcript is showing a balance of -$14,986.00 (with $0.00 accrued interest and penalties as of Sep. 30, 2024), but I still haven't received my refund. I filed as Head of Household with 3 exemptions, and my AGI was $15,460.00 with $13,876.00 in self-employment income. My taxable income and tax per return were $0.00, though I had $2,123.00 in self-employment tax. Looking at my account transcript in detail: ACCOUNT BALANCE: -14,986.00 ACCRUED INTEREST: 0.00 AS OF: Sep. 30, 2024 ACCRUED PENALTY: 0.00 AS OF: Sep. 30, 2024 ACCOUNT BALANCE PLUS ACCRUALS (this is not a payoff amount): -14,986.00 INFORMATION FROM THE RETURN OR AS ADJUSTED: EXEMPTIONS: 03 FILING STATUS: Head of Household ADJUSTED GROSS INCOME: 15,460.00 TAXABLE INCOME: 0.00 TAX PER RETURN: 0.00 SE TAXABLE INCOME TAXPAYER: 13,876.00 SE TAXABLE INCOME SPOUSE: 0.00 TOTAL SELF EMPLOYMENT TAX: 2,123.00 RETURN DUE DATE OR RETURN RECEIVED DATE (WHICHEVER IS LATER) Apr. 15, 2024 PROCESSING DATE: Apr. 22, 2024 The transactions section shows several credits applied on 04-15-2024: - Code 766: Credit to my account of -$3,200.00 - Code 766: Another credit of -$8,975.00 - Code 768: Earned income credit of -$6,011.00 Then there's a code 570 (Additional account action pending) on 04-22-2024 and a 971 (Notice issued) on 04-29-2024. In July, there's activity related to an amended return: - Code 971: Amended tax return or claim forwarded for processing on 07-09-2024 - Code 977: Amended return filed on 07-09-2024 (reference #43277-639-05604-4) There were also some adjustments: - Code 767: Reduced or removed credit to my account for $1,256.00 on 04-15-2024 - Code 764: Earned income credit adjusted by -$179.00 on 04-15-2024 Finally, in September: - Code 290: Additional tax assessed of $2,123.00 on 09-30-2024 (reference #36254-654-05121-4) I'm really confused about what's happening with my refund. It seems like my account shows I'm owed almost $15,000, but I haven't received anything. I'm particularly confused about the amended return codes since I don't recall filing an amendment. Also, the self-employment tax assessment in September matches exactly what was reported on my original return. Can someone help me understand these codes and when I might get my refund?

The self employment tax is what's causing the delay. When they see Schedule C income they often review it more carefully. Mine took 6 months to process last year šŸ˜®ā€šŸ’Ø

Pro tip: call your congressional rep's office. They can sometimes light a fire under the IRS especially if advocate isnt helping anymore

The Path Act prevents the IRS from releasing EIC refunds before Feb 15th. Your DDD of 2/17 is right on schedule!
