If I could give 10 stars I would

If I could give 10 stars I would If I could give 10 stars I would Such an amazing service so needed during the times when EDD almost never picks up Claimyr gets me on the phone with EDD every time without fail faster. A much needed service without Claimyr I would have never received the payment I needed to support me during my postpartum recovery. Thank you so much Claimyr!

Really made a difference

Really made a difference, save me time and energy from going to a local office for making the call.

Worth not wasting your time calling for hours.

Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Today my call dropped because of EDD and Claimyr heard my concern on the same chat and another call was made within the hour.

An incredibly helpful service

An incredibly helpful service! Got me connected to a CA EDD agent without major hassle (outside of EDD's agents dropping calls โ€“ which Claimyr has free protection for). If you need to file a new claim and can't do it online, pay the $ to Claimyr to get the process started. Absolutely worth it!

Consistent,frustration free, quality Service.

Used this service a couple times now. Before I'd call 200 times in less than a weak frustrated as can be. But using claimyr with a couple hours of waiting i was on the line with an representative or on hold. Dropped a couple times but each reconnected not long after and was mission accomplished, thanks to Claimyr.

IT WORKS!! Not a scam!

I tried for weeks to get thru to EDD PFL program with no luck. I gave this a try thinking it may be a scam. OMG! It worked and They got thru within an hour and my claim is going to finally get paid!! I upgraded to the $60 call. Best $60 spent!

$13k IRS Refund On Hold With Code 570 - Filed HOH With $27k AGI, EIC & Credits Processed 4/17/23

I filed my 2022 taxes as Head of Household with an AGI of $27,194.00 and taxable income of $7,794.00. According to my account transcript from the IRS, I'm supposed to get a refund of $13,022.00, which includes $5,342.00 in W-2 withholdings, $3,000.00 in credits, and $4,680.00 in Earned Income Credit. Here's what my transcript shows: FORM NUMBER: 1040 TAX PERIOD: Dec. 31, 2022 FILING STATUS: Head of Household ADJUSTED GROSS INCOME: $27,194.00 TAXABLE INCOME: $7,794.00 TAX PER RETURN: $0.00 SE TAXABLE INCOME TAXPAYER: $0.00 SE TAXABLE INCOME SPOUSE: $0.00 TOTAL SELF EMPLOYMENT TAX: $0.00 ACCOUNT BALANCE: -$13,022.00 ACCRUED INTEREST: $0.00 AS OF: Apr. 17, 2023 ACCRUED PENALTY: $0.00 AS OF: Apr. 17, 2023 ACCOUNT BALANCE PLUS ACCRUALS (this is not a payoff amount): -$13,022.00 RETURN DUE DATE OR RETURN RECEIVED DATE (WHICHEVER IS LATER): Apr. 15, 2023 PROCESSING DATE: Apr. 17, 2023 TRANSACTIONS: CODE EXPLANATION OF TRANSACTION CYCLE DATE AMOUNT 150 Tax return filed 20231305 04-17-2023 $0.00 76211-420-00073-3 806 W-2 or 1099 withholding 04-15-2023 -$5,342.00 766 Credit to your account 04-15-2023 -$3,000.00 768 Earned income credit 04-15-2023 -$4,680.00 570 Additional account action pending 04-17-2023 $0.00 Everything was processed on April 17, 2023 (cycle 20231305), but I'm seeing a 570 code (Additional account action pending) on my transcript. My return was filed before the due date of April 15, 2023, and everything seemed to process normally until this 570 code appeared. The transcript shows my account balance is -$13,022.00 with $0.00 in accrued interest and penalties as of April 17, 2023, but I still haven't received my refund. Anyone know what this 570 code means or how long I'll be waiting? This refund amount is really important to me right now and I'm getting worried seeing this pending action code with no explanation.

2024 IRS Refund Stuck on "Received" Status for Over 21 Days - Filed January 27th with Tax Topic 152

I filed my 2024 taxes and was accepted on January 27th. When I check my refund status on the IRS website or IRS2Go app, it's still showing "Return Received" with the message "We have received your tax return and it is being processed." The exact status I'm seeing is: Refund Status Results: - Return: Received โœ“ - Refund: Approved ? (not checked) - Sent ? (not checked) And below that is this message: "We have received your tax return and it is being processed. If you filed a complete and accurate tax return, your refund should be issued within 21 days of the received date. However, processing may take longer under certain circumstances. Please check here or use our free mobile app, IRS2Go, to check on your refund status." Then there's a section called "Helpful Information" that shows "Please read the following information related to your tax situation: Tax Topic 152, Refund Information" At the bottom it shows "Your personal tax information" and "Tax Year 2024" I can see this is from the sa.www4.irs.gov website. It's been over 21 days now, and I'm still stuck at the received status - no "Approved" status yet. The bars haven't moved at all from the first check mark. Starting to get worried since we're well past the normal processing timeframe. Anyone else in the same situation or know what's going on? The IRS website just keeps showing the same status and referring me to Tax Topic 152, Refund Information. I've checked multiple times per day and nothing has changed at all.

Check your transcripts! WMR is basically useless rn ngl
