If I could give 10 stars I would

If I could give 10 stars I would If I could give 10 stars I would Such an amazing service so needed during the times when EDD almost never picks up Claimyr gets me on the phone with EDD every time without fail faster. A much needed service without Claimyr I would have never received the payment I needed to support me during my postpartum recovery. Thank you so much Claimyr!

Really made a difference

Really made a difference, save me time and energy from going to a local office for making the call.

Worth not wasting your time calling for hours.

Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Today my call dropped because of EDD and Claimyr heard my concern on the same chat and another call was made within the hour.

An incredibly helpful service

An incredibly helpful service! Got me connected to a CA EDD agent without major hassle (outside of EDD's agents dropping calls – which Claimyr has free protection for). If you need to file a new claim and can't do it online, pay the $ to Claimyr to get the process started. Absolutely worth it!

Consistent,frustration free, quality Service.

Used this service a couple times now. Before I'd call 200 times in less than a weak frustrated as can be. But using claimyr with a couple hours of waiting i was on the line with an representative or on hold. Dropped a couple times but each reconnected not long after and was mission accomplished, thanks to Claimyr.

IT WORKS!! Not a scam!

I tried for weeks to get thru to EDD PFL program with no luck. I gave this a try thinking it may be a scam. OMG! It worked and They got thru within an hour and my claim is going to finally get paid!! I upgraded to the $60 call. Best $60 spent!

810 Freeze Code Removed: How Long For Refund With 766 Credit Code Dated 04-15-2024? Account Shows $0 Balance

Finally my 810 freeze code is gone from my transcript! I've been checking it religiously and noticed the change today. Looking at my account details, everything is showing zeros - $0.00 in accrued interest and $0.00 in accrued penalties. The transcript shows code 766 for "Credit to your account" with a cycle date of 04-15-2024. I've never been so happy to see these zeros and that 766 code! I'm looking at my transcript right now on sa.www4.irs.gov and it's showing: Form Number: Report for Tax Period Ending: Taxpayer Identification Number: [redacted] Spouse Identification Number: [redacted] Any minus sign shown below signifies a credit amount Account balance: $0.00 Accrued interest: $0.00 Accrued penalty: $0.00 Account balance plus accruals (this is not a payoff amount) Exemptions: ** Information from the return or as adjusted ** Filing status: Adjusted gross income: Taxable income: Tax per return: SE taxable income taxpayer: Total self employment tax: Return due date or return received date (whichever is later) Processing date: TRANSACTIONS CODE EXPLANATION OF TRANSACTION CYCLE DATE No tax return filed 766 Credit to your account 04-15-2024 This Product Contains Sensitive Taxpayer Data Does anyone know how long it usually takes to get the refund after the 810 drops off and you see the 766 credit code posted? This processing date and credit is giving me hope, but I'm getting really anxious to see that deposit hit my account. I keep refreshing my bank account and checking sa.www4.irs.gov for any updates. It's weird that it shows "No tax return filed" but still has the 766 credit code. I'm guessing this means they're still processing my return but at least removed the freeze? The most important thing is seeing that account balance of $0.00 with no accrued interest or penalties!

IRS Transcript Shows -$27,646.24 Balance with Refund Freeze: Confused About $30,919 Credits vs $17,380 Income

I just checked my transcript and I'm seeing a negative balance of -$27,646.24. Looking at the transactions, I'm completely confused about what this means. The transcript literally shows "ACCOUNT BALANCE ACCRUALS: -27,646.24" at the top of page 2 of 2. According to the INFORMATION FROM THE RETURN OR AS ADJUSTED section, I have: - EXEMPTIONS: 01 - FILING STATUS: Single - ADJUSTED GROSS INCOME: $17,380.00 - TAXABLE INCOME: $2,824.00 - TAX PER RETURN: $3,129.00 - SE TAXABLE INCOME TAXPAYER: $17,270.00 - SE TAXABLE INCOME SPOUSE: $0.00 - TOTAL SELF EMPLOYMENT TAX: $2,642.00 The RETURN DUE DATE OR RETURN RECEIVED DATE (WHICHEVER IS LATER) shows Aug. 02, 2024, and the PROCESSING DATE is Nov. 04, 2024. Here's what's really confusing me in the TRANSACTIONS section: CODE | EXPLANATION OF TRANSACTION | CYCLE | DATE | AMOUNT 150 | Tax return filed | 20244205 | 11-04-2024 | $3,129.00 16221-615-10516-4 810 | Refund freeze | | 08-15-2024 | $0.00 766 | Credit to your account | | 04-15-2024 | -$28,770.00 766 | Credit to your account | | 04-15-2024 | -$2,129.00 768 | Earned income credit | | 04-15-2024 | -$20.00 176 | Penalty for not pre-paying tax | 20244205 | 11-04-2024 | $143.76 971 | Notice issued | | 11-04-2024 | $0.00 The transcript shows credits totaling -$28,770.00 and -$2,129.00 from April 15, 2024, plus an earned income credit of -$20.00. There's also a tax return filed showing $3,129.00 and a penalty of $143.76 for not pre-paying tax. What's most concerning is the "Refund freeze" from August 15, 2024. And they issued a notice on November 4, 2024 (code 971), but I haven't received anything in the mail yet. With all these different numbers and the refund freeze from August, can someone help me understand if this negative balance means I'm getting a refund or if I owe? Does the -$27,646.24 balance mean the IRS owes me that amount? The processing date shows as Nov. 04, 2024, which is the same date they issued a notice. I'm really confused about what all these numbers mean for my situation and why there's such a large negative balance when my income was only $17,380.00.

that freeze code usually means they need more verification. did you get any letters in the mail?

As a tax professional with 15+ years experience, let me break this down: - 810 codes are serious business and indicate potential fraud investigation - NEVER amend during an active investigation - Your verification appointment is crucial - be honest about the preparer adding the credit - Bring ALL documentation - Consider using taxr.ai to get a complete analysis of your transcript situation. I've been recommending it to all my clients lately as it gives incredibly detailed insights about freeze codes and estimated resolution times. The key here is to cooperate fully with the IRS. Many of my clients have been in similar situations and gotten resolved within 60-90 days after verification.

This is super helpful! Quick q - will they be able to remove the credit during the appointment?

They'll document your statement but removal usually happens after the appointment. They'll process the correction internally.
