If I could give 10 stars I would

If I could give 10 stars I would If I could give 10 stars I would Such an amazing service so needed during the times when EDD almost never picks up Claimyr gets me on the phone with EDD every time without fail faster. A much needed service without Claimyr I would have never received the payment I needed to support me during my postpartum recovery. Thank you so much Claimyr!

Really made a difference

Really made a difference, save me time and energy from going to a local office for making the call.

Worth not wasting your time calling for hours.

Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Today my call dropped because of EDD and Claimyr heard my concern on the same chat and another call was made within the hour.

An incredibly helpful service

An incredibly helpful service! Got me connected to a CA EDD agent without major hassle (outside of EDD's agents dropping calls – which Claimyr has free protection for). If you need to file a new claim and can't do it online, pay the $ to Claimyr to get the process started. Absolutely worth it!

Consistent,frustration free, quality Service.

Used this service a couple times now. Before I'd call 200 times in less than a weak frustrated as can be. But using claimyr with a couple hours of waiting i was on the line with an representative or on hold. Dropped a couple times but each reconnected not long after and was mission accomplished, thanks to Claimyr.

IT WORKS!! Not a scam!

I tried for weeks to get thru to EDD PFL program with no luck. I gave this a try thinking it may be a scam. OMG! It worked and They got thru within an hour and my claim is going to finally get paid!! I upgraded to the $60 call. Best $60 spent!

I'd recommend calling the IRS taxpayer advocate service if you don't see movement by March 1st. The regular customer service line is useless fr fr

I was stuck in verification hell for 2 months last year. Best advice is to keep checking your transcripts every Friday morning for updates and maybe try calling the tax advocate service if it goes beyond 8 weeks.

First-Time EITC Filer Seeing PATH Act Delay Message - IRS Transcript Shows Refund Can't Be Issued Before Mid-February

Just checked my transcript and got a message about the Protecting Americans from Tax Hikes (PATH) Act holding my refund. I claimed the Earned Income Tax Credit and Additional Child Tax Credit, and now I'm seeing that the IRS cannot issue my refund before mid-February - this applies to my entire refund, even the portion not associated with these credits. I took a screenshot of what I'm seeing on the IRS website. It shows my return status with three sections: "Return Received", "Refund Approved", and "Refund Sent" - but there are question marks next to each status except "Return Received". The message clearly states: "The Protecting Americans from Tax Hikes (PATH) Act says that if you claim the Earned Income Tax Credit or the Additional Child Tax Credit, the IRS cannot issue the refund before mid-February. This applies to the entire refund, even the portion not associated with these credits." It also says "You can check the status of your refund on Where's My Refund starting in mid- to late February. The website is updated once a day and is the best way to check the status of your refund." There's a section labeled "Helpful Information" that states "Please read the following information related to your tax situation: Tax Topic 152, Refund Information" At the bottom there's a note that says "Please Note: For refund information, please continue to here" with what looks like a partial URL: "sa.www4.irs.gov" Never seen this before and it's my first time filing with these credits. Anyone know if this PATH Act delay is normal or if there's something wrong with my return? I'm just nervous since this is my first time seeing this message.

Been filing with EITC for years. Pro tip: don't even bother checking until Valentine's Day. That's usually when things start moving.

A detailed breakdown of your situation: The PATH Act delay is mandatory for ALL returns with EITC/ACTC. Here's what you need to know: - Refunds won't be released before mid-February - The entire refund is held, not just the credit portion - This affects millions of taxpayers each year - WMR updates are slow and vague I highly recommend using taxr.ai to get specific insights about your refund timeline. It's the most accurate way to track your refund status and understand any potential delays. Much better than trying to decode transcripts yourself.

This is super helpful! Just wondering - does taxr.ai show pending deposits too?

Yes! It shows everything - pending deposits, holds, codes, and explains what each means. Best dollar I ever spent tbh
