Filed 01/24/25: 570 Code on $635 Refund Still Pending After 2 Months - What Does This Mean?

Filed my taxes back in February and my transcript shows a 570 code with a pending message. No other updates or changes for weeks now. Anyone know what this actually means? The IRS website is super vague and the phone lines are impossible to get through. Here's my tax situation: I filed on 01/25/25 and should be getting a $635 refund total. My IRS transcript shows my federal return is PENDING with a refund amount of $477. I submitted that on 01/27/2025. My State AL return is also still showing as PENDING with a refund of $158, which I submitted on 01/24/2025. My tax software shows: - $635 total refund - Submitted status - Pending IRS Refund (est. delivery date was showing but now there's just a dash) - FEDERAL: PENDING $477 (01/27/2025) - STATE AL: PENDING $158 (01/24/2025) I've checked the "Where's my refund?" tool multiple times but just get the same pending message. I'm wondering if the 570 code means there's a problem with my return or if it's just a normal processing delay? Has anyone else had their refund stuck like this with a 570 code?
