Anyone else think nothing's gonna happen until Tuesday since its the first business day? I'm betting we'll see a huge wave of 846 codes hitting transcripts by Wednesday. Been watching the patterns and it seems like they process in batches.

You're right about the batch processing. The IRS typically processes refunds in large groups, especially at the start of business weeks. However, keep in mind that internal processing can happen 24/7, even if the visible updates only show up during business days.

Worked at IRS for 6 years. Mass updates typically happen Tuesday nights/Wednesday mornings. The system queues up returns over the weekend and processes them in order of acceptance date. Your prediction is pretty spot on.
