Ugh, welcome to the club. 🙄 I've been trying for weeks to get someone on the phone. It's like they're purposely making it impossible to reach them!

I found a method that actually works to get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's what I've learned after months of dealing with this mess: 1. Call right when they open. Like, be dialing at 7:59:59 AM. 2. If you get a busy signal, hang up and immediately redial. Repeat until you get in the queue. 3. Have all your info ready - claim number, SSN, employment history, etc. 4. Be super nice to the rep when you finally get one. They're dealing with angry people all day. 5. If one rep can't help, politely ask to speak to a supervisor. 6. Document EVERYTHING. Get names, ID numbers, and notes from every call.
