i called to have them backdate my claim, because i’ve already requested before it was denied because it was out of the date range. she made me re request. and now i’m calling back for someone else. what have y’all said for them to process it on the phone?

Yea I was told yest by a California edd rep that they can't backdate claims over the phone only thru ask edd online and the rep said the wait is 15 weeks for response but the program ends in less than a month so dosent make sense. So dumb so I guess the 14g on my claim will just go to waist what in the world are they doing!
