Is anyone else's claims showing as pending after certification? I have certified approx 5 times since July 10th and it shows $ 0.00 pending.

Oooo, it may be because you have to file a new claim. The benefit year did end recently, so everyone had to refile. That may be it since you are stating something about July. I think you should call and ask to speak to a tier two specialist.

They may be able to help you file a new claim and release pending payments or eventually backpay you.

Then Forsure call, and ask to speak to a tier two specialist. Those are the only representatives that can help and override, if they are able to. I just got off the phone with them, and they released my payment.

If your claim balance went down to a 0 like mine, there is only one week that they are not required to pay you. Once that processed they kept paying regularly.

I'm experiencing the same issue! Mine have been stuck on pending since mid-July as well. I've been trying to get through to EDD but the phone lines are constantly busy. It's really frustrating when you're depending on these payments. Has anyone had luck with calling at specific times of day to get through faster?
