I am owed 4 past weeks from 2020 and it’s like unemployment refuses to pay it to me !! It’s frustrating because I’ve been waiting almost a year for these payments and the longer it takes I fear that I won’t receive my payments. I’ve talked to multiple representatives some say I am disqualified some say I need to appeal it some say I’m entitled with no further action other than to just wait for My funds . There have been multiple transfer requests put in and yet I still haven’t received anything I don’t know what to do.

Your best shot would be emailing your local assembly member. Might not be the same situation with what my husband went through but he was able to get paid for the months disability was lagging on.
