Ugh, I feel you. I've been dealing with payment issues for weeks now. It's so frustrating! Have you tried calling the helpline? It took me forever to get through, but I finally got some answers.

Calling the helpline is a joke. I spent 3 hours on hold and then got disconnected. 🤬

Same here! Its like they dont even want to help us. I swear the system is designed to make us give up.

Yeah, it can be a real pain. I had to call like 50 times before I got through. Persistence is key, I guess. 🤷♂️

I found a way to actually get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/1X-mEsLtbmQ

Wow, that sounds too good to be true. Has anyone else tried this?

Idk man, paying to get customer service seems sketchy. Shouldn't this be free?

I get the skepticism, but it honestly saved me so much time and stress. Worth every penny imo.

Here's what I've learned about fixing payment issues: 1. Document everything. Keep a record of all your payments, dates, and any communication you've had. 2. Check your account online for any notices or updates. 3. If calling doesn't work, try reaching out through their online portal or email system. 4. Be persistent but polite when dealing with representatives. 5. If all else fails, contact your local representative or ombudsman. Hope this helps! Let me know if you need any more specific advice.

Thank you so much for this detailed response! I'll definitely start documenting everything. Have you had success with the online portal?

The online portal can be hit or miss, but I've had some luck submitting inquiries there. Just be sure to follow up if you don't hear back within a week.

Have you checked if there's been any changes to the payment schedule? Sometimes they make updates and don't communicate it well. Might be worth looking into.

That's a good point, I'll definitely look into that. Do you know where I can find info on payment schedules?

Usually on their official website under 'Payment Information' or something similar. If not there, try their FAQ section.

I had a similar issue last year. Turns out it was a glitch in their system. Keep pushing and don't give up! Eventually, you'll get through to someone who can help.

How long did it take you to resolve the issue? I'm going on week 6 now and losing hope 😩

It took about 2 months for me. Hang in there! I know it's tough, but persistence pays off.
