EDD Payment Issues - Need Advice on Resolving Delays

Ugh, join the club. 🙄 I've been dealing with payment issues for weeks now. Have you tried calling them? It's a nightmare getting through, but sometimes it's the only way to get answers.

I found a method to get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/1X-mEsLtbmQ

Have you checked your EDD account online? Sometimes there are messages or requests for additional information that can hold up payments.

Here's what worked for me: 1. Double-check all your certifications are complete 2. Look for any pending interviews or requests for documents 3. Make sure your mailing address is up to date 4. If everything looks good, try contacting your local assembly member's office. They can sometimes escalate issues with EDD. Hang in there, OP. Idk if this helps, but I had a similar issue last month. Turns out there was a glitch in their system that was affecting a bunch of people. Might be worth asking if others are experiencing the same thing when you get through to them.
