CSC UCC Filing Portal Issues - Submission Keeps Getting Rejected
Has anyone else been having problems with CSC UCC filing submissions lately? I've been trying to file a UCC-1 for three days now and it keeps getting rejected for "debtor name inconsistency" even though I've triple-checked everything against the articles of incorporation. The debtor is "Advanced Manufacturing Solutions LLC" exactly as it appears on their charter documents, but CSC's system keeps flagging it. I'm starting to panic because my continuation deadline is next week and I can't afford any delays. The collateral description is standard equipment financing language that I've used dozens of times before. Anyone know what CSC's system might be looking for that I'm missing?

CSC can be really picky about exact name formatting. Try checking if there are any extra spaces or punctuation marks that might not be visible. Sometimes their system flags things like periods after LLC or different spacing.

Check if the debtor name in your UCC-1 exactly matches what's in their current good standing certificate, not just the original articles. Sometimes companies file name changes that affect the exact legal name.
