lol welcome to FAFSA hell... they're all incompetent. my cousin had same situation and ended up having to drive 3 HOURS to nearest FSA office and even then they made her come back a second time. system is completely broken especially this year with all the FAFSA simplification changes.

ur overthinking this just go to ur schools financial aid office and tell them whats happening they can usualy fix it they have special phone #s that regular ppl dont have to call fafsa directly

UPDATE: Using the advice from this thread, I was able to get through to FSA using Claimyr, asked specifically for a manual review with the identity verification department, and got my issue resolved within 48 hours! They confirmed they had all my documents but they were sitting in a queue waiting for manual verification. The agent flagged my account for expedited review since my school's deadline is approaching.
