I'm in a really tough spot and wondering if there's any way to get unemployment benefits after quitting my job. I had to leave my position at a manufacturing plant because my supervisor was creating a hostile work environment - constantly yelling, making unreasonable demands, and basically making it impossible to do my job safely. I tried talking to HR twice but nothing changed. I know Washington ESD usually denies claims when you quit, but I've heard there might be exceptions for good cause. Has anyone successfully gotten unemployment when you quit for reasons like this? What kind of documentation do I need?
