If I could give 10 stars I would

If I could give 10 stars I would If I could give 10 stars I would Such an amazing service so needed during the times when EDD almost never picks up Claimyr gets me on the phone with EDD every time without fail faster. A much needed service without Claimyr I would have never received the payment I needed to support me during my postpartum recovery. Thank you so much Claimyr!

Really made a difference

Really made a difference, save me time and energy from going to a local office for making the call.

Worth not wasting your time calling for hours.

Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Today my call dropped because of EDD and Claimyr heard my concern on the same chat and another call was made within the hour.

An incredibly helpful service

An incredibly helpful service! Got me connected to a CA EDD agent without major hassle (outside of EDD's agents dropping calls – which Claimyr has free protection for). If you need to file a new claim and can't do it online, pay the $ to Claimyr to get the process started. Absolutely worth it!

Consistent,frustration free, quality Service.

Used this service a couple times now. Before I'd call 200 times in less than a weak frustrated as can be. But using claimyr with a couple hours of waiting i was on the line with an representative or on hold. Dropped a couple times but each reconnected not long after and was mission accomplished, thanks to Claimyr.

IT WORKS!! Not a scam!

I tried for weeks to get thru to EDD PFL program with no luck. I gave this a try thinking it may be a scam. OMG! It worked and They got thru within an hour and my claim is going to finally get paid!! I upgraded to the $60 call. Best $60 spent!

Been helping people with unemployment claims for years. The most important thing is honesty. Don't try to hide anything or embellish - Washington ESD will find out and it can disqualify you completely.

Which brings us back to the original problem - actually getting through to someone at Washington ESD to ask questions!

0 coins

Yep, that's why services like Claimyr exist. Sometimes you need professional help navigating the system.

0 coins

One last thing - if you think you might not qualify for regular unemployment, there might be other programs available. Don't assume you're not eligible without checking.

0 coins

Thanks everyone! This has been incredibly helpful. I feel much more prepared to apply now.

0 coins

Good luck with your claim! Take your time filling it out and double-check everything before submitting.

Bottom line: file when you're eligible, don't file when you're not. Washington ESD doesn't care how many legitimate claims you've had in the past.

0 coins

Simple and accurate advice.

Wish I'd known this earlier - I delayed filing my second claim because I was worried about it.

0 coins

For what it's worth, I used Claimyr when I needed to check on my eligibility for a second claim last year. The agent I spoke with confirmed everything people are saying here - no limits on legitimate claims as long as you meet the requirements each time.

0 coins

That's really helpful confirmation from an actual ESD agent. I feel much better about my situation now.

0 coins

Yeah getting official confirmation from ESD directly is always the best approach.

At this point I'm just grateful Washington ESD exists at all. Could be worse - could be living in a state with no unemployment benefits.

0 coins

That's setting the bar pretty low don't you think?

0 coins

Maybe, but I try to stay positive. Complaining doesn't make the process go faster.

0 coins

Thanks for all the info everyone. At least now I know I'm not the only one dealing with long wait times. Guess I'll just have to be patient and keep checking my account.

0 coins

Same here. This thread has been really helpful to understand what's normal right now.

Hope everyone gets their claims processed soon. Remember to keep filing those weekly claims while you wait!

Just had a thought - are you making sure to accept any suitable work offers? Washington ESD can deny benefits if they think you're being too picky about jobs, especially when unemployment is low.

0 coins

The definition of 'suitable work' is pretty specific and includes factors like wages, working conditions, and your skills/experience. You're not required to take just any job, regardless of unemployment rates.

0 coins

Good to know. I haven't actually gotten any offers yet so it's not an issue at the moment.

I'd definitely recommend trying that Claimyr thing to get through to Washington ESD. I used it a few weeks ago when my weekly claim got stuck and couldn't file online. Saved me from missing a week of benefits while trying to get through on the phone.

0 coins

Okay that settles it, I'm definitely going to try Claimyr. Three people recommending it can't be wrong.

0 coins

Keep your chin up! I know it's stressful but something will come through. Just keep applying and following up on applications.

0 coins

Thanks for the encouragement. Some days it feels hopeless but I'm trying to stay positive.

0 coins

Yeah, we're all in this together. Just have to keep pushing through.

0 coins

Final advice - keep filing your weekly claims even if your balance is getting low. Sometimes there are small adjustments or corrections that can add a few more weeks. And definitely stay on top of the Extended Benefits status in case it gets triggered.

0 coins

Will do. Thanks everyone for all the advice. I'll keep checking the Washington ESD website for updates.

Good luck with your job search! And seriously consider using Claimyr if you need to talk to Washington ESD about anything.
