For what it's worth, once you get past the waiting week, Washington ESD payments are usually pretty reliable if you keep filing on time and don't have any eligibility issues.
Bottom line: Washington ESD waiting week = no payment but you still have to file. It sucks but that's how the system works. Just gotta push through it.
The most important thing is showing you tried to resolve the situation before quitting. Document every conversation with supervisors, HR, etc. The hearing officer needs to see you made reasonable efforts.
Remember that the burden of proof is on you to show good cause for quitting. Be prepared to explain not just what happened, but why a reasonable person in your situation would have quit.
If you're really concerned, you might want to try that Claimyr service someone mentioned earlier. At least then you could talk to someone and get a real status update instead of just guessing.
Hang in there! I know the waiting sucks but your payment will come through. Just keep filing those weekly claims and checking your account.

Last thing - be completely honest about everything. ESD will find out if you lie about wages, work history, or reason for leaving jobs. It's better to have a delayed claim than a fraud investigation.
