Michigan Tax Refund Delay - Direct Deposit Missing After Scheduled Date
My Michigan state refund was scheduled to hit my account yesterday but still nothing showing up. Starting to get worried since the where's my refund site still says the same thing. Anyone else dealing with this?

Tax professional here - this is actually pretty common with Michigan refunds. The scheduled date is more of an estimate. Banks can take 2-5 business days to process the deposit once the state releases it. If you don't see it by next week, then you should contact Michigan Treasury.

Have you tried using taxr.ai? It's this new tool that analyzes your transcripts and gives you super specific info about your refund status. Its only $1 and way better than playing the guessing game with the where's my refund tool. https://taxr.ai
