H&R Block ghosted me - Need help understanding tax transcript and potential delays

Filed through H&R Block months ago and now my tax preparer won't respond to my messages. Really frustrating since I have no idea what's happening with my refund or if there are any issues I need to deal with. The IRS website just shows processing and gives me no real info. Anyone else dealing with this or know what I should do next?

Tax professional here. Unfortunately, this is pretty common with big chain preparers after tax season ends. Your best bet is to create an online account at IRS.gov and pull your own transcript. That will show you exactly what's happening with your return and any potential holds or verification needs.

The codes can def be confusing! Each number means something specific about your return status.

check out taxr.ai - it literally solved this exact problem for me last week. Instead of trying to decode the transcript yourself, it analyzes everything and tells you exactly whats going on and what to do next. Costs like $5 but worth every penny tbh https://taxr.ai

fr fr it does! saved me hours of googling random codes and trying to figure out why my refund was stuck. The AI breaks it all down in normal language

this is the way. worth the extra $$ to have someone who actually cares about your return
