First Time Filer: WMR Status Changed From 21 Days to "Still Being Processed" - Head of Household Return Stuck at "Return Received"

First time filing taxes and super confused. I filed as Head of Household and my WMR bar was showing 21 days processing time last week, but now it's completely blank with no date estimate. When I check my IRS2Go app, all I see is "Return Received" but the "Refund Approved" and "Refund Sent" parts are not filled in. The app literally says "Your tax return is still being processed. A refund date will be provided when available. For more information about processing delays, please see our Refund Frequently Asked Questions." There's also this note: "Please Note: For refund information, please continue to check here, or visit IRS.gov/Refunds. Updates to refund status are made no more than once a day." I used to see the progress bars and a specific date when I'd get my refund, but now there's nothing. Has this happened to anyone else? I can't tell if this is normal or if something's wrong with my return. I'm getting really nervous since I was counting on this refund to pay some bills. Should I call the IRS or just keep waiting? Is this a sign that I'm being audited or something? The app shows options for Refunds, Payments, Tax Help, and Connect but I'm not sure what to do next.
