If I could give 10 stars I would

If I could give 10 stars I would If I could give 10 stars I would Such an amazing service so needed during the times when EDD almost never picks up Claimyr gets me on the phone with EDD every time without fail faster. A much needed service without Claimyr I would have never received the payment I needed to support me during my postpartum recovery. Thank you so much Claimyr!

Really made a difference

Really made a difference, save me time and energy from going to a local office for making the call.

Worth not wasting your time calling for hours.

Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Today my call dropped because of EDD and Claimyr heard my concern on the same chat and another call was made within the hour.

An incredibly helpful service

An incredibly helpful service! Got me connected to a CA EDD agent without major hassle (outside of EDD's agents dropping calls – which Claimyr has free protection for). If you need to file a new claim and can't do it online, pay the $ to Claimyr to get the process started. Absolutely worth it!

Consistent,frustration free, quality Service.

Used this service a couple times now. Before I'd call 200 times in less than a weak frustrated as can be. But using claimyr with a couple hours of waiting i was on the line with an representative or on hold. Dropped a couple times but each reconnected not long after and was mission accomplished, thanks to Claimyr.

IT WORKS!! Not a scam!

I tried for weeks to get thru to EDD PFL program with no luck. I gave this a try thinking it may be a scam. OMG! It worked and They got thru within an hour and my claim is going to finally get paid!! I upgraded to the $60 call. Best $60 spent!

Stuck on 2022 Refund Since February - New 570 Code on Transcript Showing $9,215 Pending EIC Refund

I filed my 2022 return back in February and still nothing. My transcripts show no movement since March. I just pulled my transcripts again today (October 31st) and I'm seeing concerning information. Here's what my transcript shows: FORM NUMBER: 1040 TAX PERIOD: Dec. 31, 2023 ACCOUNT BALANCE: -$10,215.00 ACCRUED INTEREST: 0.00 AS OF: Nov. 12, 2024 ACCRUED PENALTY: 0.00 AS OF: Nov. 12, 2024 ACCOUNT BALANCE PLUS ACCRUALS (this is not a payoff amount): -$10,215.00 INFORMATION FROM THE RETURN OR AS ADJUSTED: EXEMPTIONS: 03 FILING STATUS: Head of Household ADJUSTED GROSS INCOME: $17,200.00 TAXABLE INCOME: 0.00 TAX PER RETURN: 0.00 RETURN DUE DATE OR RETURN RECEIVED DATE (WHICHEVER IS LATER) Apr. 15, 2024 PROCESSING DATE Nov. 11, 2024 TRANSACTIONS CODE EXPLANATION OF TRANSACTION CYCLE DATE AMOUNT 150 Tax return filed 20244305 11-11-2024 $0.00 16211-424-32422-4 766 Credit to your account 04-16-2024 -$2,000.00 766 Credit to your account 04-16-2024 -$2,065.00 768 Earned income credit 04-17-2024 -$7,250.00 570 Additional account action pending 11-11-2024 $0.00 I'm really confused because it shows 2023 tax year (which I filed this year), but my issue is with my 2022 return that I filed in February 2023. There's also a "570 Additional account action pending" code that wasn't there before. Has anyone seen this code? Does this mean they're finally looking at my 2022 return, or is this something else? I'm getting worried since it's been almost a year now with no refund. The Earned Income Credit shows up, but nothing has been deposited in my account. Anyone else stuck like this or know what's going on?

Check if you have code 570/971 on your account. Those usually mean there's an issue they need to resolve.

google your local rep and fill out the tax help form on their website

YUUUUP the regular reps are useless tbh. Always with that 'just wait 16 weeks' nonsense šŸ™„

This is exactly why I started using taxr.ai to check my transcript every week. It catches these issues way before any IRS rep will tell you about them. Haven't had to call the IRS since.

LIFE CHANGING seriously. It found my 810 freeze right away and told me exactly what documents I needed to fix it. Best $1 I ever spent on taxes no cap

Just a heads up, the IRS recently announced they're still working through a backlog of 2022 returns. They said to expect delays, especially for paper returns. Might be worth checking if your return falls into any of the categories they mentioned as likely to be delayed.

Oh, I hadn't heard about that announcement. Do you have a link where I can read more about it?

Sure thing! Here's the IRS page with the latest updates: [insert link here]. Hope it helps!
