If I could give 10 stars I would

If I could give 10 stars I would If I could give 10 stars I would Such an amazing service so needed during the times when EDD almost never picks up Claimyr gets me on the phone with EDD every time without fail faster. A much needed service without Claimyr I would have never received the payment I needed to support me during my postpartum recovery. Thank you so much Claimyr!

Really made a difference

Really made a difference, save me time and energy from going to a local office for making the call.

Worth not wasting your time calling for hours.

Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Today my call dropped because of EDD and Claimyr heard my concern on the same chat and another call was made within the hour.

An incredibly helpful service

An incredibly helpful service! Got me connected to a CA EDD agent without major hassle (outside of EDD's agents dropping calls – which Claimyr has free protection for). If you need to file a new claim and can't do it online, pay the $ to Claimyr to get the process started. Absolutely worth it!

Consistent,frustration free, quality Service.

Used this service a couple times now. Before I'd call 200 times in less than a weak frustrated as can be. But using claimyr with a couple hours of waiting i was on the line with an representative or on hold. Dropped a couple times but each reconnected not long after and was mission accomplished, thanks to Claimyr.

IT WORKS!! Not a scam!

I tried for weeks to get thru to EDD PFL program with no luck. I gave this a try thinking it may be a scam. OMG! It worked and They got thru within an hour and my claim is going to finally get paid!! I upgraded to the $60 call. Best $60 spent!

$2,881 Tax Refund for 2023 Processed with $282 Interest for February 2025 DD - Why is 2024 Return Still Pending?

Just checked my 2023 tax transcript and my return is already processed and approved! My refund of $2,881.58 shows a direct deposit date of 2/21/2025. They even added $282.05 in interest to my account. Looking at the transcript details, my AGI was $12,548.00, filing as Single with 2 exemptions. I qualified for earned income credit of $4,919.00 and had another credit of $2,357.00. There was a credit transfer out of $3,576.47 to my 2022 1040. The processing date shows as March 03, 2025, and everything happened pretty quickly - processing cycle 20250705. My account balance, accrued interest, and penalties all show $0.00 as of March 03, 2025. FORM NUMBER: 1040 TAX PERIOD: Dec. 31, 2023 ACCOUNT BALANCE: 0.00 ACCRUED INTEREST: 0.00 AS OF Mar. 03, 2025 ACCRUED PENALTY: 0.00 AS OF: Mar. 03, 2025 ACCOUNT BALANCE PLUS ACCRUALS (this is not a payoff amount): 0.00 INFORMATION FROM THE RETURN OR AS ADJUSTED: EXEMPTIONS: 02 FILING STATUS: Single ADJUSTED GROSS INCOME: 12,548.00 TAXABLE INCOME: 0.00 TAX PER RETURN: 0.00 SE TAXABLE INCOME TAXPAYER: 0.00 SE TAXABLE INCOME SPOUSE: 0.00 TOTAL SELF EMPLOYMENT TAX: 0.00 RETURN DUE DATE OR RETURN RECEIVED DATE (WHICHEVER IS LATER) Apr. 15, 2024 PROCESSING DATE Mar. 03, 2025 TRANSACTIONS CODE EXPLANATION OF TRANSACTION CYCLE DATE AMOUNT 150 Tax return filed 20250705 03-03-2025 $0.00 70221-416-16442-4 766 Credit to your account 04-16-2024 -$2,357.00 768 Earned income credit 04-16-2024 -$4,919.00 826 Credit transferred out to 04-16-2024 $3,576.47 1040 202212 971 Notice issued 03-03-2025 $0.00 846 Refund issued 02-21-2025 $2,881.58 776 Interest credited to your account 03-03-2025 -$282.05 If they can move this fast on 2023 returns (I can literally see all the transactions dated and processed), why is my 2024 return still sitting there with no movement? Anyone else seeing faster processing for 2023 vs 2024? It's frustrating seeing one year move so efficiently while the other just sits there!

2023 MFJ Return Filed Feb 7 - Still Processing After a Month with No Updates on IRS2Go App

I filed my taxes on February 7th as Married-Filing Joint and my transcript is still showing N/A when I check WMR. I've been checking the IRS2Go app constantly, and it's stuck on the first stage. The app shows my filing status as "Married-Filing Joint" and displays the three-stage progress tracker with only "Received" highlighted, while "Approved" and "Sent" remain grayed out. The message on the app literally says: "Your tax return is still being processed. A refund date will be provided when available." No progress bars are filled in beyond the first one. There's additional text stating: "For more information about processing delays, please see our Refund Frequently Asked Questions." And then "Please Note: For refund information, please continue to check here, or visit IRS.gov/Refunds. Updates to refund status are made no more than once a day." I've been religiously checking the app every day (the screenshot was taken at 9:02 with my phone at 34% battery), and nothing has changed for weeks now. The app has the same interface with the five menu options at the bottom: Refunds, Payments, Tax Help, Connect, and Security. It's been over a month since I filed. Is anyone else experiencing this lengthy delay? I expected at least some movement in the status by now. Does the IRS2Go app actually update regularly, or should I be checking somewhere else? Has anyone successfully contacted the IRS about delays this tax season? Getting worried that something might be wrong with my return.

Did you claim EIC or CTC? Those credits usually make processing take longer
