My employer is paying me severance for 13 weeks, paid bi-monthly on the 15th and 30th. My cerfify period is not exactly matching that of severance payments so I do report severance payment if the payday is falling into the certify period. EDD is paying me every week without delaying. I'm not sure if they don't count severance payment as wages anymore ? Anyone is having the same situation as mine ?  On UI, I report it as income and select 'severance' from the drop-down
