Payment info issues with EDD - no notices but something's off. Help?

Hey everyone, I'm having some issues with my payment info and I'm not sure what to do. I haven't received any notices or letters, but something feels off. Has anyone else experienced problems with their payment details recently? I'm worried I might be missing payments or have incorrect info on file. Any advice would be appreciated!

I've been there before. Have you tried logging into your account online to check if everything looks correct? Sometimes small errors can cause big headaches.

Good idea! Also, don't forget to check your spam folder for any emails from them. I once missed an important update becuz it went straight to spam ðŸĪĶ‍♂ïļ

Ugh, dealing with payment issues is THE WORST. I swear, these systems are designed to make us pull our hair out. Have you tried calling them directly? Be prepared to wait on hold for aproximately 84 years tho 🙄

LOL 84 years is optimistic. I think I aged a decade last time I tried to get through to a human ðŸ‘ĩ

Haha, yeah I'm not looking forward to that part. But I guess I'll have to bite the bullet and give them a call if I can't figure it out online.

I found a method to get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/1X-mEsLtbmQ

Sounds too good to be true. Is this legit? Has anyone else tried it?

Yep, it's legit! I was skeptical at first too, but it saved me hours of frustration. Worth every penny imo.

$20 just to talk to someone? That's ridiculous. The system is so broken ðŸ˜Ī

I get it, but think about how much your time is worth. For me, not spending hours on hold was totally worth the cost.

Here's what I'd recommend based on my experience: 1. Double-check all your info online first. Make sure your address, bank details, and personal info are all up to date. 2. Look through your bank statements to see if there are any unexpected charges or missing deposits. 3. If you can't find anything wrong, definitely give them a call. Be prepared with all your account info and any relevant documents. 4. If you're having trouble getting through on the phone, try reaching out via email or their online chat if they have one. 5. As a last resort, you might consider visiting a local office in person if possible. Remember to document everything - dates you called, who you spoke to, what was said. This can be super helpful if you need to escalate the issue later. Good luck! The system can be a pain, but persistence usually pays off.
