EDD payment not received yet - any advice?

Ugh, I feel ya. The EDD system is such a mess rn. Have you tried calling them? It's a pain, but sometimes that's the only way to get answers.

I found a way to actually get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/1X-mEsLtbmQ

Have you checked your spam folder? Sometimes EDD emails end up there. Also, make sure you certified for your weeks. They won't pay if you haven't certified.

They often have dedicated EDD liaisons who can help. 4. While you wait, make sure you're documenting everything. Keep a log of all your attempts to contact them, certifications, and any messages you've received. 5. If all else fails, consider filing an appeal. You have the right to appeal any decision about your benefits. Remember, persistence is key. Don't give up! The system is overwhelmed, but you'll get your money eventually.

have u tried turning it off and on again? 😂 jk jk... but seriously, EDD needs to get its act together. We're not asking for much, just the money we're owed to survive!

Unpopular opinion: maybe try looking for a job instead of waiting for a handout? 🤷‍♂️
