Yes, they fixed it immediately! The agent told me it was a common issue with their database not properly linking contributor accounts to the current aid year. They had to manually flag my account to show the 2024-2025 form. Took about 5 minutes once I actually reached someone.

Make sure you're actually logging in with YOUR FSA ID and not accidentally using your daughter's. Haha I triple-checked that! Definitely using my own FSA ID. The system recognizes me as a contributor because I can see last year's form, just not this year's.

did ur daughter check the right box when she added u? theres an option during setup to let parent fill out their section or just view. if she picked view only you cant edit anything
