Has anyone else got a call from this edd number 8339782511. I missed the call then my account says disabled

Got backdate request in this Tuesday. My “ claim tracker “ disappeared this morning, just got off the phone with them & she told me my backdate was approved & is being processed, she didn’t know how long it’ll take for my certify dates to show up but at least I’m approved 🙌🏾 How long did it take y’all to receive dates after request was put in over the phone ?

Was there a claim under your claim tracker ? When I looked at mine this morning nothing was under it but now the tracker is gone all together.

I called and t1 told me it wasn’t out in so they transferring me back to t2.

I Certified All My Backpay And All Says Paid .. But Why I Don’t Have A Payment ID Number ??
