When I call it says my refund was used to pay off a debt owed to the irs ..which I know about but my refund was higher than the amount owed

My transcript is showing one thing and my irs.gov is showing different .When I filed i was told I owe state but was not told I'll owe federal or that my federal would be taking ,nor have I received a "notice "how ever i did take a refund loan out in advance .My transcript has been showing this since Wednesday 02/15/2023 .Should I be worried ?

There have been reports of this often. It is very likely that you'll get your refund with the big batch of PATH Act deposits on the 23rd. The website is usually not as up-to-date as the transcripts.

My transcript is showing one thing and my irs.gov is showing different .When I filed i was told I owe state but was not told I'll owe federal or that my federal would be taking ,nor have I received a "notice "how ever i did take a refund loan out in advance .My transcript has been showing this since Wednesday 02/15/2023 .Should I be worried ?
